The 3Cs Framework: A Pathway to Transformation:

A flexible blueprint for personal, professional, and organizational growth.

1. Clarity

Why this is important: Every bit of progress in your career/company (and life) starts with a deep understanding of yourself, and then how you relate to and show up in the world. This is where we build from: you commit to your desire to go deep, and set your goals and intentions for progress/transformation.

Inward Focus

  • Determine our baseline: Clarify where you're stuck, the problem you’re trying to solve, or the transformation you want to make.

  • Tap into deep self-awareness: uncover values, patterns, limiting beliefs, and blind spots. Here is where we find clarity of purpose and the knowledge that where you’re going is is GREATER than your fears or blocks.

  • Identify what’s most important now and what success looks like moving forward.

Outward Focus

  • Map the current environment: relationships, systems, and structures at play

  • Strategic visioning: define your goals, priorities, and metrics for success

  • Clarify roles, brand positioning, or leadership identity

Tools & Techniques

  • 360° Self/Org Audits

  • Vision mapping

  • Values-driven decision-making frameworks

  • Strategic SWOTs  (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats: used with an intuitive lens as our planning tool

Deliverables

  • Leanne Analysis: Initial insights

  • Roadmap: Mutually agreed-upon goals and priority areas for growth, documented and used as a touchstone for our work together

2. Connection

Why this is important: This is where action and momentum occur, both through “connecting the dots” in your inner and outward-facing lives, and by gathering the resources (and enlisting the right people) to move you to the next level. This is where we scale progress, and also start to shed whatever is out of resonance with our energy and move toward what is.

Inward Focus

  • Connect the dots between insight (what did I learn?) and action (what do I need to do now?).

  • Shift habits, behaviors, and mindset in real time.

  • Strengthen resilience: recognize and improve your “bounceback” rate from setbacks, failures, or emotional upsets, because the speed and grace with which you recover is key to sustainable progress.

  • Build confidence and capacity for forward movement. This is where we understand the difference between the “next right” or inspired action and grinding or forcing.

Outward Focus

  • Cultivate and strengthen authentic relationships: team dynamics, clients, collaborators.

  • Activate your story, message, or brand to fuel strategic growth.

  • Develop systems of action, plus support and accountability.

Tools & Techniques

  • Relationship and ecosystem mapping.

  • Boundary and capacity audits.

  • Stakeholder communication plans

  • Storytelling and personal narrative coaching.

  • Resilience exercises: reflection on recovery patterns, reframing techniques, and “next-play” mindset tools (inspired by athletics and high-performance coaching).

Deliverables

  • Mutually agreed-upon strategies, processes/systems, and/or communications that support the connection between vision and action.

3. Consciousness-Raising

Why this is important: Consciousness-Raising began in the 1960s as a way for Second-Wave feminists to gather and bring their so-called “personal” issues into public spaces, and, ultimately, to use them as catalysts for social change. Here, we honor that legacy and apply the concept to the journey from inner shift to real-world impact. This is your legacy phase.

Inward Focus

  • Embody the new way of being through sustained, conscious practice.

  • Reinforce aligned choices and emerging patterns and be aware of (and move through) “the contrast,” i.e., when the old you (patterns, energy, actions) shows up

  • Recognize how far you’ve come and get excited about everything that’s unfolding:

    • Reference: Jim Collins' “The Gap and the Gain,” a practice of looking back 30, 60, or 90 days to track meaningful progress

  • Cultivate openness to opportunity and new possibilities: stay curious and receptive to different ways of seeing, doing, and being , plus recognizing that the right, aligned next step may arrive in an unexpected package.

    • What new opportunities am I willing to see today, even if they don’t look the way I expected?

Outward Focus

  • Show up fully in leadership, brand expression, or aligned visibility.

  • Share your story or work in a way that resonates, influences, and inspires.

  • Build sustainable structures that reflect your evolved values and purpose.

Tools & Techniques

  • Conscious leadership and brand playbooks.

  • Visibility strategy and thought leadership guidance.

  • Ecosystem-building for long-term resonance.

  • Opportunity sensing , seeking, and reframing practices: exercises to strengthen awareness of and responsiveness to emerging possibilities.

Deliverables

  • Mutually agreed-upon outputs that reflect your next-level embodiment, expression, or expansion.

Integration & Maintenance: This is a required part of my process.
Breakthrough is only meaningful when it’s sustained. I work exclusively with clients who commit to a longer arc of transformation, which includes regular integration and maintenance. This ensures your clarity continues to deepen, your connections stay alive, and your consciousness remains active and expansive. In this integration phase, you will continue to claim and continue on in the new energy, opportunities and purpose we’ve created.

Deliverables

  • Long-term goal setting and action plan for getting there.

Maintenance options include:

  • Monthly or bi-monthly check-ins

  • Quarterly recalibration sessions

  • Ongoing access to strategic and mindset support

Details are included in my offer suite, and we’ll design the cadence that best supports your continued growth.
