Coaching:

I advise and empower entrepreneurs, businesswomen and executives out of and into different stages and seasons through a blend of the personal and the practical, elevating them, their performance, and their purpose.

Some people have high IQ, some people have high EQ, and I help people attain a high TQ, that is, their own personal brand of Transformational Intelligence. I do this by working one-on-one or in small groups, coaching people through their career/business (and life) challenges, transitions and triumphs, igniting their purpose in any situation and making progress on attaining it. For individual clients, my approach varies as determined by their needs: based on those, I create a roadmap for working together. I work similarly with groups, with a focus on those within corporations, on a one-off or recurring basis.
